Build plans

If a build plan isn't right — the cut list looks wrong, the instructions don't make sense, or it simply isn't what you expected — email support@diyzign.ai within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund it in full. You don't need to explain yourself, and downloading the PDF doesn't void the refund.

Refunding a build plan removes access to that project's materials list, cut list and instructions.

Unused project unlocks

Unlocks bought as a 3-pack and not yet used are refundable within 14 days. Unlocks never expire, so there's no rush to spend them.

Free trials

A Maker trial needs a card, and it turns into a paid subscription automatically when it ends unless you cancel first. Cancel any time before the last day from your account page and you won't be charged at all. Your account page shows the exact charge date for as long as the trial is running.

If a trial converted and you meant to cancel, tell us within 14 days of the charge and we'll refund it.

Maker subscriptions

Cancel any time from your account page, in as many steps as it took to subscribe — no phone call, no retention maze. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and we won't charge you again. If you were billed for a period you didn't intend to renew, tell us within 14 days of the charge and we'll refund it.

Cancelling never affects build plans you bought outright — those stay yours permanently, and so do any unspent unlocks.

Bought in the app

Purchases made inside an iPhone or Android app are handled by Apple or Google, not by us — including cancellations and refunds. Use your App Store or Google Play account settings. If you get stuck, email us and we'll help you work out who to ask.

Before you cut

DIYZIGN generates plans automatically, and mistakes are possible. Always check dimensions, spans and load-bearing assumptions against your own measurements and judgement before buying materials or cutting anything. If you spot an error, please tell us — we'll refund you and fix it.
